Order" Items
Most of the items on radiationcream.com are in stock and available
to ship immediately. However, some items are "on order"
which means we have ordered them from our manufacturers, but they
are not yet available to ship. When an item is on order, we will
provide you with an estimated shipping date. This is the date that
we expect the item to be ready to leave our warehouse and does not
include the time it will take to arrive at your shipping address.
You will know if an item is on order because it will be indicated
as such next to the item with an "on order" message. If
no "on order" message is displayed, the item is in stock
and available to ship.

Canceling
an Order
Most of the items on radiationcream.com are in stock and available

Standard Shipping
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard first class mail delivery typically arrive in two (2) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States, US Territories, P.O. boxes in Alaska and Hawaii and International. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Express Shipping
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding
holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive within 2 business
days, pending credit card authorization and verification.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after
3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive
within 3 business days.
Express Shipping to rural routes and remote locations typically
arrives within 3 to 4 business days.
Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories,
P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Next Business Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday
(excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT will arrive
on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and
verification.
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday
after 3:00 PM ET / 12:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will
arrive within 2 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii,
U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, and certain
remote locations.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order.
The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United
Parcel Service (UPS), DHL or FedEx.

If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, remember to consider the following: Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.

Tax Policy
On some occasions, radiantLIFE participates in consumer shows and tax is based on tax rates for that taxing jurisdiction (derived from the ship-to address being used for your order).
Sales tax is calculated at the unit-level, however some states offer sales tax exemptions for online orders and no sales tax is applied. Therefore some of the items in your order may be taxable and others may be non-taxable. Likewise, some taxable items may be taxed at a different rate than other taxable items in your order.
Sales tax is also applied to the shipping charges associated to the taxable items in your order.
If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping charges are nonrefundable once an item has indeed been shipped.
radiantLIFE collects applicable taxes in all states for non-online orders except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges for non-online orders in all states except Alaska, Delaware, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Oklahoma and Vermont.
The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. If you have questions about the taxes on your invoice, please contact us anytime sales@radiationcream.com.
